James oversees all legal aspects of iintoo’s domestic and international operations.
James previously served as Chief Legal Counsel at Gazit-Globe Ltd. a commercial real-estate company and as a corporate attorney at Skadden Arps. in New York City.
James received his B.A. from Yale College where he graduated summa cum laude and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Previously, served as President of IncrediMail (NASDAQ:MAIL) in the USA, where he oversaw an increase of over 200% in share price. CEO of Genius Technologies of the B.Gaon Group (TASE:GAON) where he oversaw the raising and investing of millions of Dollar in venture capital.
Eyal oversees iintoo’s financial structuring worldwide. Eyal is a Certified Public
Accountant in Israel with 18 years of senior financial management experience. Eyal previously served as deputy CEO of an Israeli services company, CFO of a publicly traded Real Estate investment firm and as a department manager with Deloitte’s
Investment and Financial Services. Eyal holds a LLM (summa cum laude) from Bar Ilan
University and a BA in Business Administration from the College of Management.
Etan has provided business planning, development and capital introduction services to a range of public and private companies in a number of different industries, and has participated in various capacities in several billion dollars worth of investment, development and other structured transactions. Over the course of his career, Etan has developed an expertise in managing business development and overseeing complex due diligence activities in multinational transactions. Since 2001 Etan has served as the founding President of his family office EMB Capital, LLC which has invested in early stage ventures with a focus on real estate acquisitions, financial services, and alternative energy. He is an active member of a number of national and regional trade organizations and serves on the boards of various community organizations.
Etan holds a bachelor degree from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business, with a major in Management and Finance, and is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63).
Etan is married with 3 children and lives in Manhattan. In his spare time Etan studies a variety of Judaic spiritual texts and is a frequent contributor to a number of blogs dealing with these matters.
Joel started his career as an attorney in the capital markets group at Gouldens Solicitors in London, now the London office of Jones Day. He left private practice to join the fast growing investment banking and broking business of Collins Stewart where he helped build the capital markets team into the leading small to mid-cap company fund raising group in the London market. After a period away from Collins Stewart, where he co-founded a $500m early stage technology fund, Joel returned to the Collins Stewart Tullett group as Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw the highly successful merger of Tullett Liberty and Prebon Yamane, two multi-national brokers with over 3,500 staff in 27 locations. He was then appointed CEO of Collins Stewart plc, the group’s investment banking, brokering and wealth management divisions, when it was de-merged and separately listed. During his tenure as CEO of Collins Stewart, the company’s revenues doubled as he focused on diversifying the business with the acquisition of the Hawkpoint advisory business and the the build-out of the wealth management group, which had approximately $16 billion of AUM when it was acquired by Cannacord Genuity in 2012.
Since moving to the USA, Joel has been involved in a number of investment banking and private equity transactions, as both advisor and principal. Sectors covered have included financial services, technology, engineering and resources.
Joel has a bachelors degree in History and Economics from the University of Leeds and obtained his law degree from the College of Law, London and was admitted as an officer of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Joel holds FINRA (Series 7, 24 and 63) licenses.
Joel is married with two daughters and lives in Manhattan.
Ken is an expert with over 20 years of experience in the Broker Dealer space, A longtime broker and Managing Director of Luxor Financial Group, Inc. a NY based Broker Dealer Consulting Firm that specializes in setting up Independent Broker Dealers, Expansion Filings, FINRA and SEC Audits, Anti Money Laundering Reviews, Business Development and general compliance services.
Ken is a former Member of the FINRA Board of Governors. FINRA oversees the regulatory activities and business practices of over 4,500 Broker Dealers, 163,000 Branch offices, 630,000 registered representatives and 3,500 employees and consultants with annualized revenues and a budget of approximately $800,000,000.
Oscar has been in the securities industry for over 20 years in a supervisory and management capacity. During the course of his career he has led brokerage, trading, investment banking and M&A operations. Prior to founding The Dalmore Group, Oscar served as President of Tark Capital, where he managed the training and proprietary trading activities of securities trading personnel, as well as the development and operation of automated securities trading systems.
Oscar is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal (Series 7, 24 and 63). He holds a bachelor degree from Queens College, with a major in Accounting and Finance.
Oscar is married with three children and lives on Long Island.
Baruch oversees iintoo’s business development efforts. Baruch also serves as a chairman of Hitchadshut, A leading Entrepreneurial company in urban renewal in Jerusalem.
. Baruch is a seasoned real estate developer, and has successfully completed real estate projects in New York City, Israel and the United Kingdom.
Marc Mouhadeb has 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and management, most recently as Vice President of Investments for GFI Management Services. Previously, he served as an associate for Bluerock Real Estate, where he performed office and multifamily acquisition due diligence and underwriting analysis. From 2006-2007, Mr. Mouhadeb served as an associate for The Schonbraun McCann Group (Real Estate Advisory Services), where he performed office and retail acquisition due diligence and underwriting analysis. From 2004-2006, Mr. Mouhadeb served as an Analyst for Stillwater Capital Partners, where he was responsible for overseeing and managing a residential asset backed portfolio, and for the analysis of mezzanine originations.
Karine oversees iintoo’s global marketing strategy and implementation as well as iintoo’s global social network development.
Karine previously served as VP Marketing for a real estate investment fund, and held marketing positions with firms in New York City, Los Angeles and Tel Aviv.
Karine received her BA from Bernard Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business New York City, where she graduated summa cum laude.
